Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- FHA DE (CHUMS) and agency underwriting experience
- Ability to work as a team and adjust to the changing market/guidelines/programs
- Willingness and ability to work with QC, exam point persons and Post Closing when necessary
- Thorough understanding of credit and an ability to review complex financial documents
- Ability to assess an individual’s creditworthiness while adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment, while paying attention to detail, maintaining quality and using sound lending judgment
